Fantastic location to the Frankfurter Allee S-bahn AND U-bahn stations, WELCOMING staff, everything was well-maintained. Location: the hotel was close to the subway and S-bahn, three restaurants serving German, Thai and Italian food, together with a classic Coffee and Cakes shop and a daytime cafe.

Nice room, very clean and confortable. Good shower. Good localization. Close from east side gallery and an area with a lot of clubs and nice places to go. The hotel is inside of a comercial center, so you have good restaurants inside. Close from a subway station too.

The hotel offers excellent value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location in the less wealthy area of Berlin is a hidden gem, as it is conveniently situated next to the U-Bahn station and a small commercial centre. The proximity to the U-Bahn makes exploring the city a breeze, with easy access to various attractions. The staff provides exceptional service, and the basic amenities, including rooms with comfortable double beds and windows overlooking the unique glass Arcadia, ensure a pleasant stay. It's worth mentioning that breakfast is also included, adding even more value to the overall experience.
All was well during my stay.

It was located very close to a hotel we were to be checking into the following day to join a bus tour.
There did not appear to be any free television channels in english.

We stayed near an exciting event in the heart of the city, but luckily found a peaceful stay at a hotel just a short walk through the plaza from the nearby U-Bahn station. the staff was welcoming and the rooms were clean and functional - we especially appreciated the soundproofing. Plus, there were plenty of nearby coffee shops and markets for breakfast and snacks. it was a great hub for exploring all the city has to offer!
We did notice some room amenities were missing, like a fridge or balcony.

Nice clean room. Good restaurants near hotel. Close to the Metro for a quick ride into the city.
Neighborhood appears to be a little rough, specially after dark, but did not feel worried or threatened.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a shared building, conveniently located just 5 stops away from the city center. the hotel had a classic look and feel, and our double room was spacious with comfortable furniture and a cozy bed. the staff were friendly and we appreciated the complimentary bottle of sparkling water. the best part was the three restaurants in the building offering German, Italian, and Thai cuisine. the Thai food was especially amazing. the hotel offered good value for money in comparison to other options in the city. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 🌟.

Not much really.
A poor hotel. Way out of town. The beds are awful and the pillows have 3 feathers in them. We asked for more pillows so we had 6 feathers for the second night!! Definitely not worth 117 euros per night. Strongly recommend you don't stay here....you will be disappointed!

Location was perfect, staff was very friendly, room was spacious and bathroom was clean and fairly new.
As happens often in hotels in Berlin, the roomtemperature was very high and could not be moderated. As the window opened into a courtyard and not into fresh air, it stayed too hot which cost me some sleep. Beds could be a little more comfortable too.

I love Friedrichshain area, so location was the main reason for choosing this hotel. Nearby U5 subway station provides good connections to the center (Alexanderplatz). Rooms are clean and quite spacious. The two twin beds in the room were wide enough (120 cm) to sleep us two.
Breakfast casts a hefty 14 eur which is extremely high by Berlin standards - just take the elevator downstairs to the restaurants of the shopping center plaza or choose any of the bakeries along Frankfurter Allee and you're probably paying half of that. Internet in the lobby was also expensive - try the small internetcafe on the same street as hotel's main entrance or a bigger one on F. Allee.
